We are one of the largest US-based mortgage services companies looking for a full-time, long-term, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department. This position offers the opportunity for growth within our company. This job is outbound calling and setting appointments with clients.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
Make outbound calls for appointment setting.
Follow up with leads.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing task.

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills. We are looking for little to no accent. If you have a very thick accent when speaking English, please do not apply.
Work hours are 5 days a week, M-F 10am-6pm PST, with the option to work weekends if you'd like (we will determine your schedule after your interview). If you are unable to work certain days we may be flexible.
$8/hr to start (up to 90,500 PHP per month), with the ability to earn bonuses based on performance.
If accepted, you will be provided with training to help respond to customer queries.
