iCare Financial Corp is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant
As a Medical VA, you will assist healthcare providers with administrative and patient-facing tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with US-based medical practices.

  • $5.50 /hr starting pay, Guaranteed .50 cents raise day 60.
  • No Weekends
  • Evening shift: 9am - 5:30pm EST Monday – Friday
  • 100% Remote (Work from Home)

  • Experience working from home (home office/high speed internet/quite workspace)
  • 1 year or more experience working for a US based Medical Practice
  • Superior English language proficiency

WHO IS iCare Financial Corp.?

iCare Financial is a medical patient finance company.
We have an established and unique patient financing program. Since 2012 we operate in all 50 states.
We offer patients a financing program that is 0% interest, with no credit check. Patients love us because they can get their dental treatment with no credit check and a monthly payment they can afford. Dental practices love us because we guarantee their payments.
You will be provided training on our business models and CRM systems. With great support, we provide a culture and environment for you to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Assist with medical billing and basic claims follow-up
  • Manage patient records and data entry in EMR/EHR systems
  • Communicate with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and billing
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

Skills/ Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience working with a US-based medical practice
  • Experience with EMR/EHR or CRM systems (e.g., Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, etc.)
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

If you haven’t used these systems, we still want to hear from you if you:

  • Have hands-on experience with another medical practice management system
  • Understand medical workflows (scheduling, patient communication, treatment coordination, insurance basics, etc.)
  • Can quickly learn new systems and adapt
