Dental Virtual Assistant | WFH | NO WEEKENDS

Are you organized, patient-friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote role? This could be a great fit.

You’ll help dental offices stay on top of their day-to-day tasks by:

• Communicating with patients
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Assisting with patient financing coordination
• Working inside dental software and CRM systems
• Supporting office managers with admin tasks

Do I need dental experience to apply?
Not required, but it’s definitely a plus. If you’ve worked as a Dental VA, Medical VA, Healthcare VA, or in a dental office before, that can help you stand out.

What experience are you looking for?
We’re looking for someone with at least:

• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Medical VA, Dental VA, Customer Support Representative, or in BPO
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Good organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

What tools will I be using?
Experience with any of these is a big advantage:

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Open Dental

Is this a full-time role?
Yes. This is a full-time position, so we’re looking for someone who can commit to a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay: $5.50/hr
• Guaranteed $0.50 raise on day 60
• No weekends
• Evening shift: 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday
• 100% remote, work from home
