About the Role

About the Role

I am looking for an experienced ManyChat, GoHighLevel, and Social Media Manager to help us build relationships with our audience, support incoming leads, and guide people toward the appropriate resources and affiliate partners.

This is not a role for someone who only schedules social media posts or builds an automation and walks away. We need someone who can combine automation, customer support, lead nurturing, and social media management to create a helpful and professional experience for our audience.

Our goal is simple: provide top-tier support and make sure every lead gets where they need to go.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage ---------- ---------- for Instagram and Facebook
  • Connect ManyChat conversations and lead data with GoHighLevel
  • Create lead-nurture workflows, follow-up sequences, pipelines, tags, and segmentation
  • Automate Instagram and Facebook messages that guide qualified users toward relevant affiliate offers
  • Monitor incoming messages, comments, and conversations
  • Personally respond when a lead needs human assistance
  • Build genuine relationships with followers and prospective customers
  • Manage social media posting, engagement, and community interactions
  • Keep lead records organized and updated inside GoHighLevel
  • Identify leads who require follow-up and make sure they do not get overlooked
  • Recommend ways to improve our automations, customer experience, and lead-conversion process
  • Follow company guidelines and avoid providing medical advice or making unsupported health claims

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience using ManyChat
  • Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel
  • Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Experience with customer support, lead nurturing, or relationship management
  • Ability to write friendly, natural messages that do not sound robotic
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, health, wellness, or lead-generation campaigns is a plus

Schedule

This is a remote position requiring approximately 30 hours per week. Some availability during U.S. Pacific Time business hours is preferred.
