Creator Partnerships & Content Assistant (Remote)

I’m a doctor, content creator and entrepreneur creating lifestyle, wellness and intentional living content for an audience of ambitious women.

I’m looking for a highly organised and proactive assistant to support the behind-the-scenes of my creator business.

Responsibilities:

• Brand outreach and partnership management
• Following up on collaboration opportunities
• Managing email s and keeping records organised
• Researching brands, PR opportunities and events
• Assisting with content planning and scheduling
• Maintaining a partnership tracker and media kit

Requirements:

• Excellent written English
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Experience with social media, Canva or Notion is a bonus
• Interest in influencer marketing and content creation
• Able to work independently and proactively

Hours:
5-10 hours per week, fully remote.
