Executive Operations Assistant (US Team)

Most VA jobs are boring and treat you like a robot. This one's the opposite.

You already know the tools. GHL, ads, automations, all of it. But every job you've had just hands you a checklist and tells you to sit down and do it. No ownership, nothing that's actually yours.

That's not this.

I'm hiring one person to be my right hand and eventually do everything I do, so I can focus on the strategy while you run the actual operations. Funnels, ads, automations, reporting, helping me manage the team, finding leads, catching problems before they land on my desk.

I built this business and I care about it more than anything, so I'm not looking for someone who clocks in and waits for instructions. I want someone who treats it like it's theirs. Whoever's good at this sticks around for years and grows into a real partner here. That's the whole point.

You must be:

• 3+ years experience as an EA/VA — NOT a beginner. You help me manage; I don't manage you.
• An EXPERT in GoHighLevel, Claude Code OR Codex (you use AI every single day)
• Highly confident in Meta Ads Manager
• Comfortable with Make / Zapier
• Familiar with Slack and ClickUp
• Perfect written and spoken English
• Available 40 hours/week on US hours

Bonus (not required, but amazing): Vercel, Supabase, GitHub with Claude/Codex.
