About the Role
Requirements:
- Experience with credit repair and dispute processing for all three bureaus Experian, Equifax, TransUnion
- Must have a strong dispute process/flow for challenging collections, charge-offs, inquiries, bankruptcies, repossessions, late payments and other negative items.
- Experience filing FTC, CFPB, BBB and Attorney General complaints, credit freezes, identity theft, secondary bureau freezes.
- Experience with Client Dispute Manager (CDM) software preferred
- BPO and/or high-volume dispute experience preferred
- Strong understanding of credit reporting and dispute strategies
- Must be punctual, dependable and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
