Real Estate Media QC

We are looking for an experienced and highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the quality control of our real estate media.

The role requires a 5:00pm AEST start time and involves reviewing photography, floorplans, virtual tours and other property marketing assets before they are delivered to clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

Meticulous attention to detail
Strong knowledge of what professional real estate photography should look like
Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, particularly object and item removal
Experience using CubiCasa, iGUIDE, Matterport and AutoHDR
Experience with project management or real estate media platforms such as Tonomo or Aryeo
Excellent communication and time-management skills
The ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards

Previous experience working with a real estate photography or media company is highly preferred.
