I’m looking for a proactive and organised Creator Partnerships Assistant to help manage and grow the partnership side of my creator business.
Responsibilities
???? Research and identify brands, PR agencies and partnership opportunities that align with my brand.
???? Conduct outreach via email and social media to secure collaborations and long-term partnerships.
???? Manage and maintain a creator partnership pipeline and contact database.
???? Follow up on previous conversations and collaboration opportunities.
???? Assist with campaign administration, contracts and invoicing.
???? Research ambassador programmes, PR opportunities and industry events.
???? Keep my media kit, rate card and partnership tracker updated.
???? Provide a weekly report on outreach, opportunities and partnership progress.

Requirements
? Excellent written English and communication skills.
? Highly organised and detail-oriented.
? Experience with outreach, partnerships, influencer marketing or business development.
? Comfortable using Google Workspace, Canva and social media platforms.
? Able to work independently and take initiative.
? Passionate about content creation and the creator economy.
?
Bonus Points If You:
? Have previously worked with creators, influencers or talent agencies.
? Have experience pitching to brands and building partnerships.
? Understand the UK influencer marketing landscape.
? Have experience with CRM tools and partnership management.
