Sales Associate (Closer) (Remote) potential US$60k-$120k/year

We are open to candidates with a strong sales and closing background. Prior real estate experience is not required. We provide training to bring the right person up to speed on the real estate side of the role.

Position Title: Sales Associate (Closer)
Shift: Remote, US hours (Pacific/Eastern), some nights and a weekend day
Pay: US$5-6/hour plus commission
Reports To: Sales Manager

What you'll do:

• Respond to all leads and close on them
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up in a timely manner
• Answer, return, and follow up on calls generated by the lead system
• Act as the lead contact for sellers
• Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win for both parties
• Build rapport with sellers, overcome objections, and get the deal signed
• Make calls to develop new leads
• Use the CRM daily to stay on task until deals are closed
• Close contracts in a timely manner
• Attend meetings and trainings as required

What we're looking for:

• Business and/or sales experience with a proven track record
• Ambitious, a real go-getter who wants to serve and add value
• Extremely strong phone skills, able to set and close appointments over the phone
• Excellent English, clear and confident on the phone
• Able to use or quickly learn a real estate CRM
• Organized, coachable, detail-oriented, can follow SOPs
• Solid tech setup: stable internet, quiet workspace, good headset
• Able to work US hours including some nights and a weekend day
• Self-motivated and results driven
