Part-Time (4h/day) ? Full-Time | Long-Term Collaboration

PhoenixOne is a German-based AI automation agency focused on building AI-driven client acquisition and automation systems for businesses across Europe.

We design and implement scalable systems that automate lead generation, qualification, communication, and internal workflows using modern AI and automation tools.

We are currently looking for a reliable Automation / AI Developer to support our delivery team on a part-time basis, with a clear path to full-time and long-term growth.
This is not a short-term freelance role.

What we do
Our core offering focuses on AI-powered client acquisition systems, including:

Lead generation & qualification funnels
CRM automation (mainly GoHighLevel)
Chatbots & voicebots
Workflow automation
System & API integrations

In addition, we deliver selected custom automation projects, such as:

Custom n8n workflows
AI agents (chatbots & voicebots)
API & third-party tool integrations
Data processing & automation pipelines
CRM customizations and logic extensions

Your role
You will work purely on execution.

Task-based, clearly defined work
Modular automation tasks
No client communication
No sales, strategy or consulting

You will receive clear instructions and build, extend or debug automation systems accordingly.

What you will work on
Building and maintaining n8n automations
Implementing chatbot & voicebot logic
Setting up and extending CRM workflows (GoHighLevel)
Integrating APIs and third-party tools
Handling custom automation tasks
Debugging workflows, edge cases and logic issues

What we are looking for

Solid hands-on experience with n8n
Experience with automation workflows and APIs
Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
Ability to follow clear task instructions
Long-term availability and commitment

You don’t need to be a senior architect — reliability, execution quality and consistency matter most.

This role starts as part-time (4 hours per day).
