Role Overview
The curriculum specialist serves as a curriculum developer and monitoring personnel, ensuring the creation of lesson materials and the integrity of curriculum implementation, consistency of instructional standards, and systematic oversight of the full homework lifecycle—assignment, submission, review, and documentation. The position bridges curriculum design and classroom execution while strengthening teacher capacity and academic accountability systems.
Core Responsibilities
A. Homework System Management (Supervisory Function)
Develop and update homework implementation guidelines
Design assignments, instructional templates, and standardized grading rubrics to be used in classes.
Conduct daily monitoring of the Homework Tracker and Missing Homework lists
Review posted homework’s quality.
B. Curriculum Management
Develop lesson materials for teachers on all subject areas.
Collect EDBs from teachers and develop missing EDBs where gaps exist.
Align and customize trial class EDBs based on student profiles, including differentiated homework expectations, and submit for Curriculum Leader approval
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of ELA/International School teaching experience with demonstrated instructional effectiveness
Experience in curriculum coordination, instructional leadership, or academic operations
Strong background in teacher training, coaching, and quality assurance
Experience working within online or blended learning environments
Excellent organizational, monitoring, and documentation skills
High level of accountability and ability to manage high-responsibility tasks
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Fully remote work environment (Preferably Afternoon-Evening Shift)
