About the Role

Job Overview: We are looking for a "Unicorn" — a technically skilled web manager who is also a digital marketer. You will be the single point of contact for managing our company website, maintaining the sites, and running our paid ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Website Management: Maintain and update our Shopify e-commerce sites. Ensure 99.9% uptime, manage backups, and update plugins.

Development: Fix bugs, tweak HTML/CSS layouts, and improve site speed (Core Web Vitals).

SEO: perform keyword research, optimize on-page content, and manage technical SEO.

Paid Ads (SEM): Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive leads/sales.

Analytics: precise tracking using GTM and GA4. You must be able to prove which ads are generating revenue.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Shopify/Web Development.

Proven experience managing Google Ads budgets (please specify monthly budget managed).

Strong understanding of DNS, cPanel, and hosting.

Ability to design basic ad creatives (Canva or Photoshop) is a huge plus.

Excellent English communication skills.
