Property Management Operations Assistant

A successful applicant will have strong experience with Buildium, prior experience with tenant relations/property management, and the ability to manage multiple properties and stay organized.

This is a remote role, and applicants must be comfortable using RingCentral, Buildium, and must have clear spoken English and be comfortable communicating with tenants over the phone.

Also, applicants must have a calm, friendly personality and must work well with other tea ---------- mbers, and must have great communication skills.

Hours will vary based on experience and performance. Most new hires begin part-time, with opportunities to grow into a larger role as they demonstrate success.
