We're looking for a sharp, personable chat specialist to manage customer conversations for our client base. You'll be building genuine rapport with an American audience through casual, informal conversation, so strong cultural fluency matters as much as typing speed. This role also includes a sales component — you'll be encouraging upsells and repeat engagement as part of your day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer messages promptly and naturally
Maintain engaging, informal, on-brand conversations
Identify and act on sales/upsell opportunities within conversations
Track and report on engagement and conversion performance
Requirements:
Native-level written English fluency
Typing speed 70+ WPM
Comfortable with casual, informal conversational tone
Strong familiarity with American wording, pop culture, and current trends
Sales experience or natural sales instinct a plus
Reliable internet connection and own laptop/PC
