Responsibilities:
Review user stories and acceptance criteria to build out test plans, test cases, and test execution reports
Run functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing
Validate our REST APIs using Postman
Build and maintain automated UI/end-to-end test suites in Playwright
Track and document defects, and work directly with developers to reproduce and verify fixes
Join sprint planning and backlog refinement, and help us keep improving our QA processes and automation coverage
Qualifications:
Experience with Playwright for automated UI/end-to-end testing
API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
Strong background in manual functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
Comfortable writing test cases from acceptance criteria/user stories, and tracking defects in Jira (or similar)
Familiarity with Docker and Git
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills
Nice to Have
JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL for database validation
CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar)
Browser DevTools, performance or security testing exposure
Experience testing React or Next.js applications
