Social Media + Shopify Virtual Assistant

We're a new New Zealand business selling commercial and industrial power tools and we're after a virtual assistant to help us get things moving. It's part time to start, roughly 10 to 20 hours a month, and there's room to pick up more hours as we grow.
We're not just looking for someone to follow a task list. If you like having ideas and running with them, you'll do well here.
What the role involves:
Running our social media and keeping the channels ticking over
Coming up with content ideas, promos and ways to get our brand seen
Uploading and managing products on our Shopify store, so descriptions, images, specs and keeping listings tidy
Managing our product feed through Simprosys for Google Merchant Center
What we're hoping you bring:
Confidence running social media for a business
have skills in sale calls is a plus
A creative head. Someone who suggests things rather than waiting to be told
Good hands on experience with Shopify, especially product uploads
Some familiarity with Simprosys or Google Merchant Center (a real plus but not a dealbreaker)
Reliable and organised, with clear communication
Any interest in tools, trade or industrial gear is a nice bonus
