About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team and manage paid advertising across multiple businesses in construction, finance, technology, and professional services.

This is a senior role. We're looking for someone who understands the full customer journey—from campaign strategy and audience research to creative testing, optimization, and scaling.

You will work closely with our marketing strategist, copywriters, designers, and leadership team to build high-performing Meta campaigns that generate measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Build campaign structures aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
  • Develop testing strategies for creatives, copy, audiences, and offers
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to improve creative performance
  • Analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Stay up to date with Meta's latest advertising features and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
  • Proven track record managing successful Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing ad budgets of $10,000+ USD per month
  • Experience generating leads for construction, property, home builders, finance, or service-based businesses
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or CRM integrations
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience working alongside creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
