Executive Assistant for a Fast-Growing Shopify Brand

Hi!

I'm looking for an experienced, highly motivated, hands-on person who wants to become my right-hand assistant.

This is not just another virtual assistant job. I'm looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, taking ownership, and helping grow an exciting eCommerce business. Someone who thinks like an owner not an employee.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will grow over time and may include:

Managing day-to-day Shopify operations
Communicating with suppliers
Creating and improving product pages
Managing spreadsheets and reports
Assisting with marketing and promotions
Helping improve workflows and business processes
Solving problems independently
Taking ownership of projects
Recording Loom videos and creating clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for future tea ---------- mbers
Helping train and onboard future tea ---------- mbers as the company grows

No two days will ever be the same.

What I'm Looking For

You are someone who:

Has at least 2 years of experience working in eCommerce (required)
Speaks and writes excellent English
Is proactive and takes initiative
Has strong attention to detail
Enjoys solving problems
Can work independently
Is highly organized
Has a stable internet connection
Wants a long-term position
Bonus points if you have experience with:
Shopify
Google Sheets
ChatGPT & AI tools
Canva
Working Hours

To start:

5 hours per day
Minimum 6 days per week
Flexible schedule (as long as the work gets done)

As the business grows, your hours and responsibilities will grow as well.

$7 USD per hour
