Exponential Oaks is a web development and design agency based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, serving home service contractors — HVAC, plumbing, electricians, and home remodeling companies. We build custom websites and run their marketing so they can focus on the work, not chasing leads.
We're hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to manage Local Service Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook /Instagram Ads across multiple contractor clients, and to run paid ads for Exponential Oaks itself so we can grow our own client base. This is a true dual role — you'll be treating our agency as one of your accounts, not a side task.
What You'll Do:
For clients (~80%):
-Set up and optimize Local Service Ads for home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling)
-Manage Google Ads search campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously — keyword research, ad copy, bid management
-Build and run Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns — both prospecting (before/after project photos, brand awareness) and retargeting for higher-ticket clients like remodeling and additions
-Track and report on cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and ROI monthly, per client, per platform
For Exponential Oaks (~20%):
-Run Google Search Ads targeting contractors actively looking for a web/marketing partner
-Run Facebook & Instagram ads and retargeting on our own site for visitors who don't convert on the first visit
-Report on our own campaign performance with the same rigor as client accounts
What We're Looking For
-Proven experience managing LSA, Google Ads, and Facebook /Instagram Ads — please include screenshots or a portfolio of past campaigns across at least two of these platforms (no exceptions, this is how we filter applications)
-Agency experience strongly preferred — you've managed ads for multiple clients at once, not just a single in-house brand, and you understand how to juggle different accounts, budgets, and reporting cadences
-Experience with home services, local business, or lead-gen campaigns preferred (not required)
-Comfortable creating or directing simple ad creative for Meta campaigns (photos, before/after content, basic copy) — you don't need to be a designer, but you should know what converts
-Strong written English for client-facing reporting
-Comfortable working US business hours overlap (at least a few hours daily)
-Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus, not required
