About the Role

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in the health and wellness space, managing multiple successful online brands.
We are looking for a driven Influencer / Outreach Manager to grow our creator network, manage partnerships, and execute influencer campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
Develop and execute influencer outreach and partnership strategies aligned with brand goals
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing, negotiation, content delivery, tracking, reporting)
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and partners
Track deliverables, contracts, timelines, and campaign performance with accuracy and accountability
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with marketing and brand objectives
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities
Maintain influencer database/CRM and ensure data accuracy for reporting and scaling strategies

Scraping & Vetting of Influencers
Profile Approvals
Outreach Management
Logging Rates & Negotiation Tracking
Script / Flow Writing for Outreach
Content Management & Tracking

Must have skills:
2+ years experience in influencer marketing, TikTok operations, or social media partnerships
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach to execution
Strong attention to detail in tracking deliverables, contracts, and timelines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and creator ecosystems
Experience using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or influencer tracking systems
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify challenges quickly and implement effective solutions.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay accountable in a remote setup.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (preferred but not required)
Proven portfolio of successful influencer campaigns or partnerships

Schedule
Full 8-hour graveyard shift required
Must be fully available for US hours
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach to execution
Strong attention to detail in tracking deliverables, contracts, and timelines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
