Google Ads Specialist (E-commerce | Shopify | Full-Time | Remote)

ABOUT US
We are a fast-growing Swiss e-commerce company operating multiple Shopify stores across Europe. We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, launch, optimize, and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns that drive revenue and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). The team is mostly Filipino.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage Google Merchant Center, including product feed optimization and resolving account or product disapprovals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to improve ROAS.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and revenue.
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and campaign structures.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with the creative, product, and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
• Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Experience managing Shopping Ads for Shopify stores.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience managing campaigns targeting European markets.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Full-Time | Remote | 5 days per week Philippine Time (schedule to be discussed during the interview)
