About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Linkedin DM & Appointment Setter.

You’ll manage DMs, warm up leads, handle objections, and guide aligned prospects toward booking a discovery call.

You’ll build genuine conversations and help the right people take the next step.

===What You’ll Be Doing===

1. DM Conversations (Core Focus)

Respond to inbound DMs in a natural, human way
Start outbound conversations with aligned prospects
Ask thoughtful questions to understand their situation
Build rapport and keep conversations flowing
Guide qualified leads toward booking a discovery call

2. Lead Qualification & Nurturing

Identify if someone is a good fit based on their goals and readiness
Warm up leads through ongoing conversation
Handle objections in a grounded, supportive way
Follow up consistently with leads who haven’t replied

3. Booking Calls

Move conversations toward booking a discovery/clarity call
Ensure leads are informed and ready before booking
Track booked calls and conversation outcomes

4. DM Pipeline Management

Keep conversations organised and active daily
Track leads and follow-ups (new, warm, booked, etc.)
Ensure no strong lead is left hanging

===What We’re Looking For===

We’re looking for someone who:

Communicates naturally and builds trust quickly
Is confident asking questions and guiding conversations
Can identify problems and reflect them back clearly
Handles objections without sounding pushy or scripted
Is consistent, organised, and proactive

Experience Required

Experience working with coaches or experts setting up calls for them
Experience doing outreach and building rapport with cold leads
