POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee the growth and engagement of our social media presence.
This role is responsible for creating content, scheduling posts, managing engagement, monitoring industry trends, and helping grow the MedSales Network brand across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging content, stay organized, and build an active online community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation
- Create social media graphics using Canva
- Create social media captions using ChatGPT
- Create educational, industry, career, and engagement-focused content
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
- Create content for LinkedIn, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms as needed
- Create promotional content for company initiatives, events, products, and services
Content Scheduling
- Schedule social media content in advance
- Maintain a content calendar
- Ensure consistent posting across all platforms
- Coordinate content releases and campaigns
Community Management
- Monitor comments and messages
- Respond to social media inquiries
- Engage with healthcare sales professionals and industry leaders
- Build relationships with followers and community members
- Identify opportunities for increased engagement
Industry Research
- Monitor healthcare sales industry news
- Research trending topics and discussions
- Identify content opportunities
- Track competitor and industry activity
Brand Growth
- Help increase brand awareness
- Support audience growth initiatives
- Assist with community-building activities
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms
Administrative Support
- Organize content assets
- Maintain content libraries
- Track social media activity
- Assist with special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience using Canva
- Experience using ChatGPT
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Social media management experience
- Graphic design experience
- Video editing experience
- Experience with scheduling tools
- Experience creating content for professional audiences
- Healthcare, recruiting, or sales industry experience
