About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Credit Dispute Specialist to join our growing team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience handling credit disputes and communicating directly with the three major credit bureaus.

Responsibilities
Call and communicate with Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax regarding consumer credit disputes.
Follow up on dispute cases and document all call outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and update case statuses.
Ensure all work is completed professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Credit Dispute Specialist is REQUIRED.
Must have experience calling Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Willing to work graveyard shift (U.S. business hours).
Compensation
