We're looking for a proactive LinkedIn DM Manager who can build genuine conversations, qualify leads, and book discovery calls.
This is not a copy-and-paste outreach role. We want someone who knows how to build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and naturally guide the right people toward a conversation.
===What You'll Be Doing===
1. LinkedIn DM Conversations (Core Focus)
Respond to inbound DMs in a natural, human way
Start conversations with outbound prospects
Build rapport instead of pitching
Ask thoughtful questions to understand each person's situation
Identify whether they're a good fit
Guide qualified prospects toward booking a discovery call
2. Lead Qualification & Nurturing
Understand each prospect's goals, challenges, and readiness
Keep warm conversations moving forward
Handle objections in a supportive, conversational way
Follow up consistently with leads who haven't responded
3. Book Discovery Calls
Move qualified conversations toward booking a call
Make sure prospects understand what the call is for
Ensure only qualified people are booked
4. Pipeline Management
Keep conversations organised
Track new leads, warm leads, follow-ups, and booked calls
Make sure no qualified lead gets forgotten

Can uncover problems without sounding scripted
Handles objections confidently without being pushy
Is organised, proactive, and follows through consistently
