Turnaround Time: Strict 12-hour deadline from the time raw footage is provided.

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, efficient video editor to handle a new, streamlined video editing tier for our channel. The content is primarily political/news commentary featuring a single speaker talking directly to the camera. We need clean, fast-paced edits delivered quickly.

Requirements & Style:
Simple & Clean: No heavy motion graphics or complex animations required.

Pacing: Tighten up the commentary. Cut out long breaths, pauses, "ums," and dead air to keep the viewer engaged.

B-Roll & Visuals: Insert relevant static elements when mentioned by the host (e.g., screenshots of news articles, social media posts/tweets, maps, or short news clips).

Text On-Screen: Lower thirds for speaker names or occasional text highlights for key emphasis.

Audio: Clean audio, balanced sound levels, and optional subtle background music if needed.

Turnaround: Non-negotiable 12-hour delivery window. You must be responsive and able to hit this tight deadline consistently.
