About the Brand

DracoSlides is a premium comfort slides brand based in North America. We sell on TikTok Shop and are growing fast. Our slides feature a suede memory foam insole, adjustable velcro straps, and a streetwear-first aesthetic. Think socks with slides, baggy fits, and the kind of product people actually want to show off.

The Role

We need someone to own our TikTok Shop affiliate program end to end. This is a remote, full-time position. You'll be the person finding creators, reviewing their profiles, reaching out to them, managing samples, sourcing TikTok Live sellers, and making sure affiliates are actually posting and converting.

What You'll Do

• Search TikTok Shop's creator marketplace and find affiliates who fit our brand (streetwear, sneaker culture, lifestyle, men's fashion)
• Review creator profiles using Cruva — check GMV history, video performance, follower quality, and brand fit before approving sample requests
• Send outreach messages to qualified creators and follow up with affiliates who ghosted after receiving samples
• Source and recruit creators specifically for TikTok Live selling — we generate strong revenue from livestreams and need people who can actually sell on camera
• Stay on top of TikTok trends and proactively suggest video formats, hooks, and content angles that will work for our product
• Track affiliate performance weekly and escalate top performers for paid partnerships or higher commissions
• Manage the full sample request queue — approve, reject, or message creators based on their profile

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Cruva (required — this is our primary tool for managing affiliates)
• Experience with TikTok Shop seller tools (creator marketplace, sample requests, Seller Center)
• Strong eye for content — you should be able to watch a creator's recent videos and quickly assess whether they can move product
• Experience sourcing or managing TikTok Live sellers is a strong plus
• Solid English writing for creator outreach and follow-ups
• Self-directed and organized — you'll be managing a daily queue without someone micromanaging you
• Bonus: familiar with Claude AI or other AI tools for outreach and research

Compensation

• Fixed monthly rate (discussed based on experience)
• Performance bonus tied to affiliate GMV
