About the Role
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented CSR to support U.S. home services operations — acting as the link between customers, appointment setters, and field technicians to keep scheduling and service running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Create and maintain accurate job records in CRM
Coordinate schedules with dispatchers/technicians
Resolve and de-escalate customer issues
Keep detailed documentation
Requirements
2+ years in BPO, customer service, dispatch, or home services
Excellent English communication (neutral accent preferred)
Experience with CRM/field service software (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, etc.)
Available for U.S. business hours, including weekends
Home Office Setup
High-speed internet (25 Mbps down/10 Mbps up) + backup connection
Reliable computer with UPS/power backup
Quiet workspace + noise-canceling headset
What We Offer
$4–$5/hr based on experience
