Lead Generation Executive
Job Description

If you love marketing and creative agencies and have a passion for sales, then this role is for you.

Your key responsibility will be to source potential new marketing and creative agencies for Floclick. Your time will be spent predominantly surfing on websites, consuming content and reaching out to agencies that meet the Floclick criteria in order to secure a meeting between the agency and our sales team, who will then take over to close the deal.

You’ll be supported fully in understanding what a successful marketing and creative agency looks like and executing several lead generation strategies, which will ultimately help Floclick in scaling the business and make agencies to improve their operations and make their team much more successful.

What you will do:

  • Search and identify prospective agencies for Floclick.
  • Reviewing marketing and creative agencies' website content and analytics to ensure they meet the Floclick criteria and have the potential to build their own internal software for operations.
  • Contacting prospective agencies who meet the Floclick criteria in order to build agency relationships and pitch relevant Flooclick services across numerous verticals, via email (including LinkedIn, and some more).
  • Continuously follow up with prospective agencies via email in order to excite and entice them to meet with our sales team and work with Floclick.
  • Secure and coordinate meetings with prospective agencies and the Floclick sales team.
  • Assist with administration and organization needed in order to secure each deal.
  • Keep the internal CRM system up to date on a daily basis.
  • Report on leads generated, responses and meetings secured on a daily basis.

About you:

  • An interest and understanding of creative and marketing agencies
  • Previous experience within a sales or new business role.
  • Confidence to manage agency relationships from prospecting to outreach.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently via email , in the English language.
  • Ability to learn and utilize a CRM system.
  • Self-starter who is driven by targets and hitting KPIs.
  • Being able to navigate through a Claude Chat to build systems (we’ll teach you)
  • Ability to write on your own (NOT being assisted through an AI model)
