About the Role

I am looking for a Real Estate AI Marketing & Content Manager with at least 3 years' experience working with U.S. real estate professionals to help grow and manage the online marketing, branding, and social media presence for my real estate business.

This is not a basic VA role. I am looking for someone who already understands real estate marketing, can think strategically, create polished content, use AI tools to work efficiently, and proactively bring ideas to the table instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions.

You will be supporting a solo Realtor brand and helping market me, my listings, and my services across social media and related marketing platforms. I need someone who can combine content strategy, content creation, graphics, social media management, analytics, and selected marketing-tool execution into one strong role.

I am not looking for someone to simply “post on social media.” I’m looking for someone who can help strengthen my brand, improve my content strategy, create high-quality marketing assets, stay current with trends, analyze what’s working, and help turn social media into a more effective lead-generation and brand-building tool for my business.

If you are highly organized, creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and already have experience supporting Realtors or real estate brands with social media and digital marketing, I’d love to hear from you.

Hours / Availability

  • This is an ongoing flexible role
  • Must be able to overlap at least some hours between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST
  • Hours will depend on workload, performance, and overall fit
  • I care more about quality, ownership, strategy, and results than simply filling a set number of hours
  • For the right person, there is room for the role to grow over time based on business needs and demonstrated value

What I Need Help With
Your primary focus will be helping me build a stronger, smarter, more consistent marketing engine for my real estate business.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

  • Develop and manage a strategic content calendar for my real estate brand
  • Plan content for Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and YouTube
  • Create content that helps market:

o me as a Realtor / personal brand
o my listings
o my real estate services
o buyer and seller education
o local market expertise / local lifestyle content
o lead generation and trust-building content

  • Bring proactive ideas for campaigns, content angles, social growth, and brand positioning
  • Help identify what content should be posted, why, and how it supports business goals

2) Content Creation, Repurposing & Publishing

  • Create and repurpose short-form and long-form real estate content
  • Turn listing details, property features, market updates, FAQs, voice notes, and rough ideas into strong social content
  • Create content such as:

o listing promo posts
o reels / short videos
o carousel posts
o educational buyer/seller content
o market update content
o branded social graphics
o story content
o review / testimonial / social proof content

  • Help maintain a consistent posting rhythm and organized publishing workflow across priority platforms

3) Graphic Design & Video / Reel Editing

  • Create polished, branded graphics and marketing pieces in Canva (and other tools if applicable)
  • Design materials such as:

o just listed / open house / price improvement / under contract / sold graphics
o listing marketing graphics
o educational carousels and branded posts
o story graphics and promotional assets
o lead magnet / campaign graphics
o YouTube thumbnails / reel covers if needed

  • Edit short-form videos / reels for social media
  • Help maintain a strong, consistent visual brand across platforms

4) Analytics, Reporting & Content Optimization

  • Track social media performance and help analyze what is and is not working
  • Review content performance and provide recommendations on:

o content topics and themes
o hooks and messaging
o engagement trends
o audience growth
o content formats to repeat or improve
o ways to improve reach, quality, and consistency

  • Help identify what content deserves to be doubled down on vs dropped
  • Support tracking through tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant platform analytics

5) Community Management & Brand Presence

  • Help monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions
  • Support community management and help maintain a professional, responsive online presence
  • Help maximize reviews, testimonials, and social proof where appropriate

6) Real Estate Marketing Tools & Marketing System Support

  • Help manage marketing-related tasks inside tools such as:

o Listings to Leads
o Ylopo
o Publer
o other real estate marketing tools as needed

  • Support marketing campaigns, lead-gen assets, social promotion, landing pages, and branded materials tied to these tools
  • Help keep marketing systems organized and functioning smoothly

SECONDARY / PREFERRED RESPONSIBILITIES
These are valuable, but they are not the main reason I’m hiring. If you already have experience in these areas, that is a plus:

  • SEO-related marketing support
  • keyword research / basic on-page SEO understanding
  • meta-tagging / geo-tagging / image metadata support
  • Meta / Facebook ads support
  • ManyChat / chatbot-related marketing support
  • online research tied to content, marketing, or SEO
  • light real estate marketing admin support as needed

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Experience supporting a Realtor, real estate team, brokerage, or real estate brand with social media and/or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of real estate content and marketing, including how to market:

o listings
o buyer and seller services
o educational real estate content
o a personal brand as a Realtor

  • Strong Canva skills and ability to create polished, professional graphics
  • Experience creating short-form content and editing reels/videos for social media
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support content ideation, repurposing, caption writing, workflow efficiency, and content creation
  • Ability to think strategically and bring ideas proactively
  • Strong written English and ability to create clean, professional marketing copy
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions well
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Must be able to work independently and not wait to be told every tiny next step
