I run a few e-commerce stores doing around $1M/month in sales. We’re a team of around 10 people, and we’re looking to hire a talented Shopify developer/designer who can handle both the technical and creative side.

We need someone who:

Has a strong eye for modern, high-converting design
Understands CRO (conversion rate optimization) and knows how to design stores that actually drive sales
Can fully build and customize Shopify stores
Knows how to code and handle custom features when needed
Can use Claude/ChatGPT and other AI tools to help with design and development
Knows common Shopify apps and integrations
Has experience with Loop Subscriptions, or can learn it quickly
Can improve UX, product pages, landing pages, mobile experience, upsells, and the overall customer journey

Our next project is a new perfume/fragrance brand. We like the modern, premium, niche aesthetic of brands like Fugazzi, Venom Scent, DedCool, D’Annam, Vyrao, Snif, Vacation, BornToStandOut, 19-69, Maison d’Etto, Bibbi, and Future Society.

We’re looking for someone who can take inspiration from great brands, bring their own ideas, and build a polished, high-converting Shopify store from start to finish.
