ClickUp and Xero Expert / Finance EA

We are looking for an exceptional ClickUp and Xero Solutions Architect to design and build our complete business operating system from the ground up.

Your mission is to create a world-class, ultra-simple Control Tower that gives complete visibility and control over every department. The system must be intuitive enough for an ADHD entrepreneur while remaining powerful enough to run an international fashion business.

You will design the complete ClickUp architecture, create all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), automate workflows, build executive dashboards, and integrate ClickUp with Shopify, Xero, UpHance, Hubstaff, AI tools, and other business applications.

You will also act as our Executive Finance Operations Coach, ensuring the entire team follows the processes, keeps all data up to date, and works consistently inside ClickUp and Xero
