Ecommerce Growth Manager — Funnel & Offer Optimization (EST hours)

We run a fast-moving ecommerce testing operation (US market, EST hours). We put new products in front of cold traffic every week. Our problem isn't traffic — it's squeezing maximum profit out of every visitor once they land. That's your job.

I'm looking for ONE person: a veteran ecommerce funnel expert who eats, sleeps, and breathes AOV, LTV, and conversion. Not a generalist VA. Not someone who "knows Shopify." A funnel killer who has personally built offer stacks that made stores more money.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

• Post-purchase upsells — build and A/B test one-click post-purchase flows (we use Shopify)
• Cart & checkout upsells — bundles, add-ons, order bumps, free-shipping thresholds
• On-page offer enhancement — quantity breaks, tiered discounts, urgency/scarcity, gift-with-purchase, subscribe-and-save
• Subscription optimization — we run recurring billing; you'll maximize opt-in rate and retention
• Advertorials — recommend and brief advertorial/listicle pre-sell pages for our top products
• Landing page & PDP CRO — turn our active-test product pages into conversion machines

BEYOND FUNNELS:
This is a leadership seat. Once you prove yourself, you'll supervise other departments (media buying, creative, fulfillment), keep them accountable, and report back to me directly. You are my right hand.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years hands-on with real ecommerce stores (dropshipping / DTC)
• Deep Shopify knowledge + upsell apps (Aftersell, Upcart, AB testing Apps, Seal Subscriptions, or similar)
• A portfolio: tell me a specific offer/upsell you built and the exact AOV or revenue lift it produced
• Fluent English, sharp written communication
• Available full-time on US Eastern Time
• Proactive — you spot the opportunity before I ask
