Appointment Setter & GHL Specialist - US Home Services Marketing Agency

We're a US-based agency that generates inbound leads for home service companies (construction, remodeling, HVAC, roofing, plumbing). You'll call warm leads, qualify them, and book appointments. These are NOT cold calls.
Compensation: 800$ per month.

Experience:

• 1 year+ in appointment setting.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities:

• Call every lead within 60 seconds of submission.
• Qualify using a short script (project type, timeline, location, budget).
• Book appointment for our clients directly on their calendar using GHL
• Follow ups with no-answers - double-dial, text, re-engage.
• 50 calls per day minimum.

What You Need:

• Fluent English with a neutral or American accent. DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR ENGLISH IS NOT IMPECCABLE.
• Strong internet connection (20 Mbps+) & quiet workspace - no background noise.
• Confident & engaging - you keep conversations flowing and handle objections.
• Organized & detail-oriented - every call logged accurately in GHL.
• Available to work 8 AM – 7 PM EST, Monday–Friday.

Growth: This is a long-term position. Top performers grow into Team Lead roles with salary increases.
