About the Role

We are a US-based racing clothing brand. We sell t-shirts and hoodies, with new products coming.
The job
You will create our weekly marketing content: static ad creatives, video ads (reels), and one email campaign per week.
After training (2–4 weeks, fully provided), your weekly output will be:

10–15 static ad creatives (each in 1080x1080 and 1080x1920)
3–6 reels
1 email campaign (designed in Figma)

All of our content is created 100% digitally — no real photography. You will find reference images online (mostly Pinterest), edit them with AI tools (remove the original design, change colors/model/elements), then place our design on the shirt in Photoshop and build the final ad creative.
IMPORTANT — Photoshop is the #1 requirement
Design placement CANNOT be done with AI. It is done in Photoshop, every day. You must know:

Design placement on garments
Displacement map
Liquify
Blending modes
Color shading / light and shadow matching

If you do not have strong Photoshop skills, please do not apply.
Big plus (not required):

Past experience creating ad creatives or working in marketing/ecommerce
Experience with AI image tools
Video editing (CapCut or similar)

AI tools and video editing are easy to learn and we will train you — but Photoshop skill must already be there.
What we provide

Full training from start to finish with reference materials
All paid tools (Photoshop, AI tools, CapCut, Figma)
Long-term growth: bonuses, and the role can expand into social media content, customer service, and more

How to apply

Include a link to your portfolio showing apparel/t-shirt design placement work — mockups with realistic fabric blending, any marketing experience. Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.
Briefly tell us your Photoshop experience level and whether you want part-time or full-time.

Top candidates will receive a short paid test task before hiring.

Salary: $600–$1,000+/month after training, based on skill level and workload + performance bonuses, more work opportunities in the long term
