ABOUT NE SUPPORT
NE Support is a UK business support company helping founder led small businesses grow. We provide marketing, operations, business development and reporting services to a portfolio of clients. We are an AI first business: much of our research and outreach is produced with Claude (including Claude Cowork) and then refined by people who care about quality.
THE ROLE
This is a new role focused on growth. You will help the founder, Louise, bring in new business, both for NE Support and for our clients, by finding the right prospects, building clean targeted lists, and running warm, personalised outreach that starts real conversations. You will also support the tender and bid process behind the scenes, handling the research and admin around it rather than writing the bids themselves, which Louise does. Your job is to qualify the leads properly, personalise the outreach so it never reads like spam, chase the follow ups, and keep the pipeline tidy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead generation and list building using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and similar tools, with verified contact details.
- Sales outreach and appointment setting: personalised cold email and LinkedIn outreach in our voice, managing follow ups and booking qualified calls.
- Pipeline and CRM: keep the CRM and prospect trackers accurate (for example HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Zoho).
- Tender and bid support (not the writing): monitor UK tender portals such as Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, gather supporting documents, format and proofread responses, and manage submissions and deadlines.
- Research: verify prospect and company details and keep the data clean.
- Reporting: a short weekly summary of outreach sent, replies and meetings booked.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 to 3 years in lead generation, sales outreach or appointment setting, ideally B2B and handling more than one client at a time.
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and an outreach or enrichment tool such as Apollo, Instantly or Lemlist. Essential.
- Daily, confident use of Claude. We run our work in Claude, not ChatGPT. Real experience with Claude Cowork is a strong advantage.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho or similar).
- Excellent written English, in British English, warm and human. Your outreach should sound like a real person, not a template. Essential.
- A computer that can run Claude Cowork: an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer) or Windows 10 or 11 Pro. Windows Home and older Intel Macs cannot run it.
- Organised, persistent and comfortable working to targets.
NICE TO HAVE
Email deliverability know how (domain warm up, SPF and DKIM), experience selling into UK markets, familiarity with UK public sector tenders and procurement, and Notion or ClickUp.
HOURS, PAY AND TERMS
- Start at 10 hours a week, growing to 20 or more as the work grows. Please only apply if you have room to take on more hours over time.
- At least 2 to 3 of your daily hours should overlap with UK mornings (roughly 4pm to 7pm Philippine time).
- Rate: 6 to 10 US dollars per hour depending on experience, paid monthly via Wise or your preferred platform.
- 13th month pay, pro rata.
- Paid 4 week trial period, then ongoing if we are both happy.
- Long term role. We want someone who grows with the business.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short paid sample task: building a small list of 15 to 20 qualified leads for a target we provide, plus a three email cold outreach sequence written in our brand voice.
