G7 Legacy Group is a fast-growing life insurance agency (Final Expense, IUL, Annuities, Term) under the Family First Life umbrella, based in California. We're looking to build a lean, high-performance appointment-setting team to support a growing sales force of 15-20 life insurance agents.
We are NOT looking for a generic cold-caller. We are looking for someone who understands the basics of life insurance products well enough to speak intelligently to prospects, build trust in the first 60 seconds, and set real, kept appointments… not just "warm bodies on a calendar."
Your job: when our agents wake up, their calendar is already full of qualified, confirmed appointments. You are the engine behind that.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Calling purchased leads (we buy our lead data directly, you are not cold-prospecting into random lists) BUT if you happen to know someone who generates high quality leads, we are more then open to that to make it more efficient for all parties as well
- Qualifying prospects using our script and objection-handling framework
- Booking appointments directly into agents' calendars via GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Following up on no-shows and re-engaging cold leads in the CRM pipeline
- Logging every call outcome and lead status accurately in GHL (very simple)
- Communicating daily with our team through ---------- (updates, questions, escalations)
- Hitting a daily/weekly appointment-set quota (kept appointments, not just booked)
- Understanding the basics of Final Expense, IUL, Annuity, and Term products well enough to answer simple prospect questions and pre-frame the appointment (our licensed agents handle all underwriting and product detail)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support experience REQUIRED (insurance industry experience is a strong plus, not mandatory)
- Fluent, clear English — this is non-negotiable, you will be on the phone with US clients daily
- Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel experience preferred, any CRM experience considered: HubSpot, Podio, Close, etc.)
- Self-disciplined enough to work without someone watching over your shoulder all day
- Comfortable using ---------- for daily team communication
- Reliable high-speed internet, a working headset, a quiet space to work, and always available to communicate (we understand people have families, events, and life happens — we get that. What matters most to us is transparency and trust, since we’re looking to build a long-term business relationship, not a short-term gig)
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, 35-45 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Shift overlaps with US Pacific Time business hours (specific hours discussed on interview)
- Occasional Saturday morning availability is a plus, paid separately if scheduled
COMPENSATION:
- Base pay: $5-6/hour depending on experience and English fluency
- Performance bonus: $8–$15 per KEPT appointment (appointment that is qualified and actually shows up, not just booked)
- Paid weekly, every Friday, for the prior week's work
** performance bonuses as well weekly/monthly
TRIAL PERIOD:
- First 2 weeks is a paid trial at base rate to evaluate call quality, CRM accuracy, and reliability before bonus structure kicks in
- Clear 30/60/90 day performance benchmarks communicated on day one

- GoHighLevel (CRM, calendar, funnel, texting)
