Instagram Theme Page Content Creator & Growth Manager

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Instagram Theme Page Content Creator & Growth Manager to help us build and grow Instagram theme pages in different niches.

This is a long-term remote position. You will be responsible for researching successful content, creating high-quality posts, editing short-form videos, writing captions, and helping us grow the accounts organically.

Responsibilities

• Research viral and high-performing Instagram content
• Analyze successful theme pages and competitors
• Create carousel posts, quote posts, infographics, ---------- s, and other visual content
• Create and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos
• Design professional content using Canva
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Ideogram, or similar tools
• Write engaging hooks, captions, headlines, and calls to action
• Adapt successful content ideas into original content for our pages
• Create and maintain a content calendar
• Schedule and publish content
• Research relevant keywords, hashtags, and Instagram SEO opportunities
• Monitor analytics, including reach, shares, saves, watch time, and follower growth
• Suggest new content ideas and growth strategies
• Organize content, designs, captions, and videos in Google Drive
• Maintain a consistent visual style for each account
• Provide regular progress updates

Required Skills

• Strong Canva skills
• Experience creating content for Instagram
• Experience with carousel posts, Reels, Stories, and captions
• Experience using AI tools for content creation
• Good video editing skills using CapCut or similar software
• Good understanding of design, typography, colors, and layout
• Ability to research trends and viral content
• Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Good written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection
• Proactive and clear communication

Experience managing or growing Instagram theme pages is a strong advantage.
