The Lavender Agency is hiring a highly organized Marketing Operations Assistant to support day-to-day execution across multiple fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes keeping projects organized, timelines moving, and marketing operations running smoothly.
You’ll work directly with a Fractional CMO supporting growing brands through content execution, project management, CRM coordination, and operational support.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
Schedule and publish social media content
Support engagement through comments and replies on LinkedIn and Instagram
Schedule newsletters and marketing email s
Upload blog and website content
Request and respond to online reviews using templates
Assist with light content coordination and organization
Project Management & Operations
- Organize and maintain ClickUp tasks and timelines
- Assign tasks and update project statuses
- Help ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track
- Maintain marketing calendars and recurring workflows
- Flag missing assets, overdue tasks, or operational bottlenecks proactively
- Support internal systems and process organization
- Administrative & Team Support
- Prepare daily briefs outlining priorities and action items
- Organize meeting notes and follow-up tasks
- Support onboarding workflows and recurring operational processes
- Maintain organized folders, documents, and internal systems
Requirements
Strong written English communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized and dependable
Strong follow-through and time management
Comfortable working independently after receiving direction
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable learning new platforms and systems quickly
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
ClickUp
Google Workspace
Social media scheduling tools
Email marketing platforms
ChatGPT and AI workflow tools
Supporting agencies, founders, or marketing teams

Position Details
- Remote

- Approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with weekday availability required

Hours & Availability
Our team operates between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM US Eastern Time (8:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time). Your schedule within that window is flexible — we care about output, not clock-watching — but your working hours must fall inside it. We coordinate closely across design, development, and media, and that only works when we overlap. Please only apply if you can reliably work this schedule.
Compensation
Starting at $1,000–$1,500/month depending on experience and skill level
