CREATIVE VIDEO EDITOR & WINNING VARIATIONS CREATOR FOR 7-FIGURE E-COMMERCE BRANDS

We’re a multiple 7-figure Health & Beauty eCommerce team looking for a Video Editor to join our performance marketing team.

You’ll work closely with our media buyers to analyse and brainstorm to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives that convert.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing high-converting ad creatives (image & video) for Meta Ads.
• Editing videos for multiple countries in multiple languages: voice-overs & subtitles, logo removal/replacement, product replacement, and multiple creative variations in different languages. ? experience in Germany, US and UK are a plus
• Editing and creating new ad batches for ongoing product campaigns.
• Brainstorming & collaborating with the media buying team to test and scale winning ad concepts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with eCommerce / Shopify / dropshipping brands. ? health & beauty niche is a plus
• Strong skills in video editing tools and graphic design tools
• Excellent eye for composition, storytelling, and seeing what the working elements are in ads.
• Able to work independently, responsibly, and with clear performance goals.

Compensation:

• Translation & Basic Editing: 350 PHP/hour
• Winning Variations & Self-made ads: 400 PHP/hour
• ROAS-based Performance Bonus: Up to 18.500 PHP/month
