About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our online retail operations. This role involves managing customer inquiries, fulfilling orders, and handling product listings on our ecommerce platforms. You’ll also assist in inventory management, ensuring that products are available and accurately represented on the site.

You will be using platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, along with customer service tools for effective communication. The ideal candidate will be available from 8 AM to 4 PM PHT, with some flexibility for peak hours.

Success in this role involves providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently. Previous experience in ecommerce support is preferred.

Requirements include strong communication skills, proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, and a detail-oriented approach.
