We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the customer service department, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our users via email, chat, and phone. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include answering questions about our services, troubleshooting technical issues, and effectively communicating with customers to guide them through our processes.
You will interact with various CRM tools and help maintain the customer database while documenting interactions and feedback to enhance our service offerings. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly demeanor.
Expected working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM PHT, but some flexibility may be required based on peak query times. We look for candidates to demonstrate outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude while interacting with clients.
Success in this role means receiving high customer satisfaction scores and being able to handle multiple customer inquiries seamlessly. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred, alongside a strong understanding of CRM platforms.
