About the Role

Aurionwear, a fast-growing e-commerce business, is looking for a Meta Ads rockstar, a genuine top talent who lives and breathes Facebook & Instagram advertising and can run our paid campaigns independently, from strategy to scaling. This is NOT an entry-level or task-based position. We want someone with a proven track record of building and scaling profitable Meta Ads campaigns, who can take full ownership from day one and doesn't need hand-holding.

Meta Ads is the heart of this role, because it's what drives our sales. Alongside that, you'll help run the day-to-day e-commerce operation. If you're the kind of person who gets excited by a winning campaign, digs into the data, and fixes what's not working before anyone asks, we want to hear from you.

What Makes You a Fit (most important first)

  • Meta Ads mastery; this is our #1 requirement. You have hands-on experience setting up and running campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager: structuring campaigns, choosing and testing audiences, managing budgets, testing creatives, and scaling winning ad sets. You understand the numbers (CPC, CTR, cost per purchase) and know exactly when to scale and when to kill a campaign. You can point to real results.
  • Truly independent. You can own the ads and the daily operation without being told every step. You spot problems and solve them proactively.
  • Creatives. You can produce simple, effective ad creatives yourself (e.g. in Canva) and adapt what's working in the market.
  • A top performer. You don't just complete tasks, you take responsibility for outcomes and want to be the best at what you do.

Also Part of the Role (operations)

  • Product listing in Shopify (via the Poki Chrome extension) based on Google Sheet input
  • Customer service: handling inbound emails, inquiries and disputes professionally
  • Order & supply chain management: tracking orders, flagging issues, coordinating with suppliers
  • Supplier communication in English
  • Proactively building templates and SOPs where none exist yet
  • Reporting via structured check-ins on Monday (week start) and Friday (week close)

Growth Path

  • Now: full ownership of the ads and the daily operation.
  • Performance-driven: as you prove yourself, your responsibility, hours, and pay grow with the business. No fixed timeline, growth is earned through results.
  • The business is built to grow fast, and the right person grows with it, into more responsibility and, over time, an Operations Manager role.

Position Details

  • Remote, long-term role
  • Part-time to start, expanding based on performance
  • Weekly check-ins: Monday and Friday
  • A stable, reliable internet connection is required
