About the Role

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Assistant to support our customer refund and supplier credit processes. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable following established procedures while working with Amazon, eBay, and our ERP system.

Working hours: 8h per day - Monday to Friday From 9PM to 5AM - PHT

Responsibilities Process customer refunds on Amazon and eBay according to established company guidelines. Collect supplier credit memos and accurately record them in the ERP system. Verify documentation and ensure all records are complete and accurate. Maintain organized records of refunds and supplier credits. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Requirements Previous experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon and eBay Seller Central. Experience using 3Dsellers. Experience with ERP systems. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
