The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring undervalued or high-potential properties through lead generation, networking, market research, and direct negotiation with sellers. You must be a strong communicator with a keen eye for value and opportunity. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential property acquisition opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Perform property evaluations, including comparative market analysis (CMA)
- Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners
- Work with internal teams (dispositions, legal, construction) to facilitate closings
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and deal progress in the CRM
- Meet or exceed acquisition targets and KPIs
- Stay current on market trends, zoning, and valuation metrics

- 1+ years experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or investment is highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to analyze property values and make investment recommendations
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and real estate databases
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity
