We're looking for a driven, confident cold caller to generate motivated seller leads for our real estate pipeline. You'll be the first voice prospects hear — your job is to qualify leads, spark interest, and book appointments for our acquisitions team. This is a high-volume, performance-based role built for someone who thrives on the phone and isn't afraid of rejection. Real estate experience is required — this is non-negotiable. We're only considering applicants who have already worked as cold callers in the real estate space. What You'll Do
Make 150–300 outbound calls per day to homeowner lists Follow proven scripts and adapt them naturally in conversation Qualify leads by asking key discovery questions (motivation, timeline, condition) Book appointments and transfer warm leads to the acquisitions team Log all activity accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel) Track your own KPIs — calls, contacts, appointments set Work assigned lists and skip-trace data provided by the team
What We're Looking For
Proven real estate cold calling experience (required) Fluent English — clear, professional phone presence is non-negotiable Comfortable with rejection and able to stay upbeat on a long call day Self-motivated — you don't need hand-holding to hit your numbers Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience = big plus)
