Sales & Marketing Representative

Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Pacific Time (30 minute lunch break unpaid, two 15 minute paid breaks)

Pay: 300 PHP per hour + $5 bonus for every consultation booked

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with or interest in using a CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital marketing, and email marketing platforms (experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
• Passion for food, customer service, and working with seniors and busy families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with lead generation and client outreach, including responding to inquiries and scheduling consultations.
• Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Follow up on client inquiries via phone and email.
