Sales Team Lead / Closer — Remote (European hours)

About the Role
We are a pan European corporate-housing company. We place companies' relocating teams into furnished homes across Europe. We have strong lead flow and a hard-working team — what we need now is a closer who leads.
What you'll do
- Own the close — turn proposals into booked deals. This is a real sales role; your impact is measured in bookings.
- Lead and coach a small team of coordinators on how to convert.
- Negotiate with clients and landlords; drive deals over the line and follow up relentlessly.
You are
- A proven B2B closer — you can point to deals you've personally closed and the numbers.
- Experienced leading or mentoring a sales team.
- Humble and listens before they speak.
- A crisp, confident communicator — no fluff, no filler. You get to the point.
- Hungry and proactive — you chase, you follow up, you don't wait to be told.
- Bonus: hospitality / real estate / travel / SaaS sales background; comfortable with European clients.
Hours: European business hours (?3–11pm PH). Pay: Competitive base + uncapped commission on every booked deal — top closers earn well above base.
