Real Estate ISA / Appointment Setter — US Night Shift (Salary + Bonuses)

I'm a licensed Ohio REALTOR® and real estate investor hiring a full-time Inside Sales Agent to call my real estate leads and set appointments on my calendar. This is a permanent salaried position with a long-term future — not a project or contract gig. MAIN REQUIREMENT: Outbound calling experience for US clients (BPO campaign or real estate ISA work). BONUS IF YOU HAVE: CINC or other real estate CRM experience, appointment-setting numbers you can share, a neutral accent. HOURS: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM US Eastern time. That is 10:00 PM–7:00 AM Philippine time. Please only apply if you have worked night shift before and can sustain it long-term. PAY: $700–$1,000/month depending on experience, paid via Wise. Weekly pay during your first month, then twice monthly. 13th month bonus. Performance bonuses for appointments that hold. Your first month is a probationary period — after that, the position becomes permanent with a raise for satisfactory work.
